Get an up-close look at two rare WWII tanks this weekend at Paine Field.

The Flying Heritage Collection will unveil its newest additions on Memorial Day: the Soviet T-34 and the Jagdpanzer 38(t), also known as the Hetzer. Both tanks are fully operational and are scheduled to put on a driving and firing demonstration for visitors.

  • The Soviet T-34 tank will drive and fire at noon
  • The Flak 88, a famous WWII artillery weapon, will fire at 1:00 p.m.
  • The Hetzer will drive and fire at 2:00 p.m.

Veterans get free admission on Memorial Day. The exhibit will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
